The Administrator serves as the operational backbone of the clinic, responsible for the overall daily management and execution of all clinical and business functions. Reporting directly to regional operational leadership, this role ensures the facility operates in strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving program growth and financial stability.
This position exists to bridge the gap between corporate strategy and on-the-ground execution. The Administrator ensures that patient care standards are met, staffing levels are optimized, and the clinic maintains a safe, sanitary environment. Whether acting as the facility CEO or stepping in as a Charge Nurse, the Administrator fosters a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous quality improvement.
Your day involves a dynamic mix of strategic planning and hands-on leadership. You will coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely access to care, review incident reports, and lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to maintaining regulatory compliance, managing equipment and supply inventory, and overseeing the maintenance of the physical facility.
You will also serve as the primary liaison between the clinic and external partners, including the Medical Director, area hospitals, and the community. From recruiting and training staff to resolving patient inquiries and complaints, you will be the face of the clinic, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to guest service standards and patient outcomes.
