The Administrator serves as the operational leader for the clinic, responsible for the overall daily management and execution of clinical and business functions. Reporting directly to regional operational leadership, this role ensures the facility operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving program growth and achieving financial targets.
This position exists to bridge the gap between corporate strategy and on-the-ground execution. The Administrator ensures a safe, sanitary, and efficient environment where patients receive high-quality care. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm that includes overseeing staffing levels, managing patient scheduling, and coordinating cross-departmental functions to meet quality outcomes. From leading Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings to maintaining critical relationships with medical directors, physicians, and community partners, the Administrator acts as the central hub for the clinic's success.
In addition to administrative oversight, the role may require assuming Charge Nurse responsibilities or fulfilling the duties of a facility CEO as delegated by the Governing Body. The Administrator is expected to foster a collaborative culture, leading staff in team concepts and ensuring all personnel are trained, evaluated, and supported to meet their professional potential.
Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate emergent situations with sound judgment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and USRC clinical applications is required, with specific proficiency in the latter expected within 90 days of hire.
Note: If the candidate does not possess specific nursing qualifications (current RN license, 18 months experience including 6 months in kidney failure care, and CPR certification), a designated Registered Supervising Nurse must be employed at the clinic to meet these requirements.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. All full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, life insurance, and PTO.
