The Administrator serves as the operational leader for the clinic, responsible for the overall daily management and execution of clinical and business functions. Reporting directly to regional operational management, this role ensures the facility operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving program growth and achieving financial targets.
The Administrator acts as a bridge between the clinic staff, the Medical Director, the governing body, and the broader organization. This position is critical for maintaining a safe, sanitary environment, optimizing patient scheduling, and fostering a culture of quality improvement through the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. Whether stepping into Charge Nurse responsibilities or fulfilling CEO duties as delegated, the Administrator ensures seamless collaboration across all departments to deliver exceptional patient care.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a review of their qualifications, including verification of nursing credentials if applicable. Proficiency in USRC clinical applications is required within 90 days of hire. The role demands a candidate capable of sound judgment in emergent situations and strong analytical skills to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
