The Administrator serves as the operational leader for the clinic, responsible for the overall daily management and execution of clinical and business functions. Reporting directly to regional operational leadership, this role ensures the facility operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving program growth and achieving financial targets.
This position is pivotal in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and efficient environment for patients. The Administrator coordinates all departmental functions, manages staffing levels to meet patient needs, and oversees the maintenance of critical equipment and supplies. By leading Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives, the Administrator ensures high standards of patient care and continuous quality improvement.
The Administrator works closely with the Medical Director, physicians, and the governing body to foster a collaborative environment. Success in this role requires building strong partnerships with area hospitals, agencies, and vendors while actively promoting a culture of guest service excellence. The role emphasizes team concepts, holding staff accountable for performance while supporting their professional development and retention.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to function in a leadership position with sound judgment in emergent situations. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with proficiency in USRC clinical applications expected within 90 days of hire. Specific state licensing and practice requirements must be met, and candidates may need to fulfill Registered Supervising Nurse qualifications or ensure a designated RN with those qualifications is present at the clinic.
