About the Role
The Administrator serves as the operational backbone of the clinic, responsible for the overall daily management and execution of clinical and business functions. Reporting directly to regional operational leadership, this role ensures the facility operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving program growth and achieving financial targets.
This position exists to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational efficiency. The Administrator ensures that patient care standards are met, staffing levels are optimized, and the physical environment remains safe and sanitary. By leading Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives, the Administrator fosters a culture of continuous improvement, working closely with the Medical Director, governing body, and staff to minimize hospitalizations and enhance patient outcomes.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a dynamic mix of strategic planning and hands-on oversight. You will coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely access to care, review incident reports, and lead quality improvement committees. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to maintaining regulatory compliance, managing staff development, and ensuring accurate documentation of all patient treatments and communications.
You will act as a key partner to the Medical Director and physicians, while also building strong relationships with area hospitals, vendors, and the community. Whether conducting formal meetings with the governing body, supervising equipment maintenance, or stepping in to fulfill Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed, you will be the driving force behind a safe, efficient, and patient-centered clinic environment.
