The Administrator serves as the operational backbone of the clinic, responsible for the overall daily management and execution of clinical and business functions. Reporting directly to regional operational leadership, this role ensures the facility operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving program growth and financial stability.
This position exists to bridge the gap between corporate strategy and frontline execution. The Administrator ensures that patient care standards are met, staffing levels are optimized for timely patient acceptance, and quality outcomes are achieved through rigorous oversight of clinical processes and data documentation. Whether acting as the facility CEO or stepping in as a Charge Nurse, the Administrator fosters a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Your day involves a dynamic mix of strategic planning and hands-on leadership. You will coordinate complex patient scheduling to balance staffing needs with patient demand, while simultaneously reviewing incident reports and leading Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to maintaining operational readiness: monitoring equipment maintenance, ensuring water treatment systems function correctly, and verifying that the physical environment remains safe and sanitary.
You will also serve as the primary liaison between the clinic and external partners, including the Medical Director, governing body, area hospitals, and vendors. From recruiting and training staff to managing performance evaluations and disciplinary actions, you will lead the team in upholding company goals and guest service standards. When necessary, you will directly fulfill nursing responsibilities to ensure seamless operations during critical moments.
Candidates selected for this role must demonstrate the ability to function effectively in leadership positions and navigate emergent situations with sound judgment. The selection process prioritizes analytical problem-solving skills and a proven track record in dialysis management. Successful applicants will be expected to achieve proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We strive to maintain a workplace where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute to our mission of exceptional patient care.
