This position serves as a clinical leader dedicated to supporting FMCNA's mission, vision, and core values while upholding a philosophy of exceptional customer service. As the primary authority for daily decisions within the facility, the role ensures the continuity of care and the safety of both patients and staff. The incumbent acts as the steward of the FMCNA Compliance Program, ensuring all operations adhere to regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements.
The role is designed for an experienced leader who thrives in a multi-faceted environment. It focuses on the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives, balancing cost-effective clinical operations with high-quality patient care.
