The Dialysis Area Operations Director is the operational and financial leader for a specific region of dialysis facilities and programs. This role exists to provide exceptional support and direction to patient care teams, ensuring high-quality kidney care and operational excellence across all assigned clinics.
In this position, you will serve as a compassionate leader who develops managers and teams by promoting trust and collaboration. Your day-to-day involves partnering with medical directors, nephrologists, and local hospital administration to foster strong community relationships. You will oversee facility compliance with state and federal regulations, manage financial operations including budgeting and cash management, and collaborate with Nurse Managers to optimize clinic performance.
