About the Role
You will serve as a vital link between veterans and the scheduling system, ensuring timely and accurate coordination of their appointments. In this remote capacity, you will manage the flow of communication for the Scheduling Hunt Group, handling incoming calls, redirecting messages, and processing pending Claimant Appointment Packets (CAPS). Your work ensures that veterans receive the support they need through efficient scheduling, email responses, and the physical mailing of hard copy documents via FedEx.
This position is part of a contract with the Service Contract Act (SCA), requiring strict adherence to specific work location and equipment protocols. You will utilize Maximus-provided computer equipment in a private home office environment, maintaining a dedicated connection to support the needs of our veteran population.
Hiring Process & Application
Candidates selected for this role must be prepared to commit to a comprehensive three-week training period, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, with no prescheduled absences. Upon hire, you will be assigned a specific work location within the Continental US and must remain there for all work activities; travel is not permitted.
