You will navigate the complexities of grievance tracking, dispute resolution research, and trend analysis to support a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you will maintain the integrity of compliance documentation and support cross-functional projects related to labor relations. Your work involves compiling and analyzing data to identify risks and opportunities, preparing briefing materials for leadership, and assisting in mediations and arbitrations. The role requires a high degree of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of airline operations and collective bargaining agreement administration.
