Northwest Permanente (NWP) is the largest multispecialty medical group in Oregon and southwest Washington, serving over 615,000 Kaiser Permanente members. Owned and led by physicians, our organization comprises board-certified doctors across 50+ specialties, supported by 300+ administrative professionals. We operate on a model where physicians earn competitive salaries without income tied to individual service volume, fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient care.
We are seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to join our compassionate team in Portland, OR. This role is designed for a physician who thrives in an integrated setting, working alongside clinical colleagues and supportive staff. You will manage a high volume of cases, with a significant focus on your subspecialty, while also supporting cardiac studies. Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic radiology is preferred but not required.
In this position, you will perform fluoro-guided procedures, present regularly at conferences, and provide efficient consultations. The role offers a manageable call schedule, with call duties divided equally among all Diagnostic Radiologists. You will work a hybrid, 4-day week, with overnight coverage provided by a Nighthawk staff member. The position includes access to an advanced, physician-friendly Epic EMR and offers opportunities for leadership within the medical group if desired.
Interested applicants should be prepared to interact effectively with clinical colleagues and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Please submit your application to join our team.
Northwest Permanente is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics.
