About the Role
The Diagnostic Imaging Tech I serves as a vital member of the radiology department, demonstrating knowledge and a strong sense of responsibility in daily operations. This role involves operating a variety of X-ray equipment to perform routine radiographs across all Radiology areas, including the Orthopedic Clinic, Fluoroscopic suites, and Operating Room procedures utilizing the C-arm.
Technologists in this position work according to established practices under the direction of Radiologists, Supervisors, and Lead Technologists. The role requires flexibility, as team members may be required to work a variety of shifts across multiple campuses, including weekends and holidays, and participate in a rotational call schedule.
