About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Development Lead to direct application development operations for a federal government IT program. In this capacity, you will lead a team of developers and testers through the full software development lifecycle, leveraging DevSecOps and Agile methodologies to drive the modernization of enterprise web applications and APIs serving a critical federal agency mission.
Team Context
This role is pivotal in ensuring code security, compliance, and the successful execution of a federal government enterprise IT program. You will collaborate closely with software developers and testers, contributing to code quality standards, secure coding practices, and testing requirements. Your work will directly impact the architecture and development of SOA and API solutions while ensuring adherence to Section 508 compliance and U.S. Web Design Standards.
