Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to support a partner company dedicated to delivering large-scale federal IT, cloud, and software modernization initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving mission-critical modernization efforts that enhance security, scalability, and operational effectiveness across government environments.
In this on-site position based in Washington, D.C., the Senior Technical Program Manager will lead a multi-year modernization program. The role serves as the bridge between executive strategy and technical execution, overseeing Agile/DevSecOps transformation, cloud migration, and full lifecycle program delivery. You will provide leadership across software, cloud, cybersecurity, and operations teams, ensuring the successful transformation of legacy systems into cloud-native architectures.
The ideal candidate will build trusted relationships with federal stakeholders, COR/CO leadership, and technical teams. You will lead program reviews, technical exchanges, and milestone briefings, while managing financial performance and contract execution within complex federal structures.
