Support the organization's digital strategy and business operations by designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable web and mobile applications that enhance the experience of members and employees. This role builds and supports internal and external digital platforms—including public websites, intranet, extranet, and digital banking applications—using a robust Microsoft technology stack and modern front-end frameworks. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, participate in architecture discussions, and ensure applications meet high standards for performance, security, and quality.
You will partner with Marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive digital experiences. Your day-to-day involves designing enterprise-grade applications, building responsive user interfaces, and integrating backend systems with secure, scalable APIs. You will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to testing, optimization, and ongoing support. This position serves as a key technical resource for maintaining the availability and reliability of critical digital platforms while adhering to strict service level agreements and security compliance standards.
