About the Role
In the Nucor Rebar Fabrication Midwest division, you will play a vital role in detailing commercial and civil projects for the supply and installation of rebar. This position is designed for individuals ready to grow within a company that offers clearly defined career pathways and unlimited growth opportunities. You will work closely with supervision to handle increasingly complex projects, including jobs with columns, beams, and various slab types. Your day will involve verifying drawings and specifications, collaborating with architects and engineers on contract documents, and producing material lists using RebarCAD. Safety is the cornerstone of this role; you will be expected to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies and housekeeping standards at all times.
