About the Role
This position serves as the critical operational and financial liaison for US mobility telecom services, specifically managing relationships with AT&T and Verizon. The role exists to guarantee telecom governance and ensure the continuity of mobile services across the organization. Acting as a service liaison and billing analyst, you will bridge the gap between internal operations and external carrier ecosystems, leveraging local operator expertise to drive escalation efficiency.
In this capacity, you will manage the full lifecycle of mobile lines, from inventory and contract management to handling suspensions and ETF waivers. Your day-to-day involves reviewing and submitting telecom invoices through internal validation flows, analyzing international usage to identify and propose optimization actions for overages, and assisting with large-scale mobility initiatives such as deployments and migrations. You will be expected to react rapidly and autonomously to infrastructure or subscription issues, ensuring seamless connectivity and cost control.
