As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will serve as a vital bridge between our clients and our delivery teams. In this client-facing role, you will elicit, understand, and document requirements and acceptance criteria, translating client needs into actionable backlog items. You will actively drive planning activities, manage scope, expectations, dependencies, and commitments, and support client Product Owners in shaping the overarching product vision and roadmap.
Your day-to-day involves ensuring user stories are "ready" for development, creating and prioritizing the product backlog, and facilitating stakeholder interviews. You will work closely with developers and testers on agile delivery teams, supporting high-level acceptance test activities and documenting as-is and to-be process flows, sequence flows, and value stream maps.
