About the Role
We are seeking a creative and motivated Designer to join our team for an exciting new project: launching a brand from the ground up. This unique opportunity allows you to help define the concept, design, and development process, bringing fresh ideas to market while ensuring each style is trend-right, brand-appropriate, and performance-driven.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in women's activewear design who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to be part of building something new. A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision, rolling up their sleeves to pitch in and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Each day is a little different, keeping the team on their toes and excited to come to work.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience with technical performance fabrics, construction methods, and finishing techniques specific to activewear. Familiarity with new and innovative materials in the activewear/performance space. Knowledge of contemporary fashion and lifestyle trends that influence activewear.
