About the Role
As a Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator within Communications and Advancement, you will support the mission and vision of Weston Christian Academy through creative design, strategic marketing, and digital communications. Your primary focus is to communicate the life, mission, and culture of the school through compelling visual content, marketing initiatives, and social media engagement that reflects excellence, professionalism, and biblical values.
This role integrates creativity, communication, and strategic marketing to support school-wide initiatives, including admissions, advancement, events, and community outreach. You will be the creative voice behind the WCA brand, ensuring all visual and promotional materials strengthen our identity and enhance community engagement. From designing brochures and event graphics to capturing photography and editing video, you will tell the story of student life, academics, athletics, and spiritual growth.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field required; BFA preferred
