About the Role
The Associate Designer is a vital contributor to the product creation journey, bridging the gap between concept and final production. Based in our Bozeman office and reporting to the Design Manager, you will collaborate closely with design, materials, product development, and merchandising teams to transform ideas into tangible products.
Your day-to-day involves navigating the full development lifecycle, from seasonal color palette and print research to managing technical drawings and visual line plans. You will distill emerging trends into actionable designs that appeal to our target consumers while ensuring brand accuracy across accessories and logo apparel. This role requires a balance of creative storytelling and meticulous organization, ensuring that design boards, pantone documents, and tech packs remain accurate and up-to-date throughout the season.
