About the Role

As a Design Manager for our California Buildings office, you will contribute to a team that guides the design, permitting, and construction-procurement for large, complex projects. You will manage a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals, facilitating smooth transitions as projects advance from planning through design, procurement, construction, and activation.

Your role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to align project design documents with objectives and expectations. You will guide design teams through competing interests and project constraints to ensure the best possible outcomes regarding quality, cost, schedule, sustainability, and innovation. Additionally, you will prepare the design team for presentations and ensure all technical provisions and commitments are met efficiently.
