About the Role
As a Design Coordinator, you will be the creative force behind the visual identity of our model and inventory homes. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee the selection of interior and exterior color schemes, ensuring every home reflects current design trends and our commitment to quality. You will play a pivotal part in the homebuyer journey by assisting customers with their selection packages, explaining upgrade options, and calculating pricing to help them maximize their choices within their financial capacity.
Your day will involve managing the merchandising of new model homes, overseeing the installation and maintenance of sales centers, and maintaining pristine conditions in our show homes. You will serve as a bridge between sales, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication regarding design elements, timing, and substitutions. This position requires a professional who can stay on top of the latest design trends, present potential changes to the team, and manage multiple responsibilities with a keen eye for detail.
