About the Role

As an In-Home Design Consultant, you will design and sell shower and bath renovations to homeowners, focusing entirely on the sales process. This role is designed for those who believe in the power of listening and connecting with people. You will not be running a "used car sales" operation; instead, you will act with integrity, identifying customer needs, making genuine connections, and helping them design beautiful, functional spaces.

In a typical day, you will manage two appointments, with 85% of your leads resulting in a sit-down meeting. Your goal is to close a minimum of 2-3 sales per week. While the role requires reliability and quick thinking, we provide all the training you need to master our industry-leading products and installation techniques. If you have a background in theater or performing arts, your skills in storytelling and engaging an audience will translate perfectly into this career.

Hiring Process & Application

The successful candidate will report directly to the Owner/Sales Manager. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess a valid driver's license, and have access to reliable transportation. A Home Improvement Salesperson License is required; if you do not currently possess one, we will cover the cost of your application and fingerprinting, provided you can obtain it.
