About the Role
As an In Home Design Consultant, you will be the face of our company, guiding homeowners through the process of designing and selling their dream shower and bath renovations. This role is distinct from traditional high-pressure sales; we expect our representatives to act with integrity, listening deeply to identify customer needs, and making a genuine connection. Your focus is on helping clients design beautiful, functional spaces while explaining why Shugarman's is the best choice for their renovation.
In a typical day, you will manage two pre-set appointments, dedicating your time to understanding the homeowner's vision and presenting our industry-leading products and installation techniques. While the role requires a strong sales drive, it is built on a foundation of trust and education. You will work within a supportive environment where you are encouraged to have fun with clients, tell their story, and help them create a safer, more relaxing home environment.
