Design & Delivery Consultant II - Onsite

About the Role

This position serves as a collaborative partner in the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programs. The role exists to ensure curriculum accuracy, align training methods with business objectives, and support clients in achieving their learning goals. Working with limited guidance, you will leverage adult learning principles to facilitate effective training sessions and evaluate the application of skills and knowledge.

Day in the Life

Your work involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, including consultants, Human Resources, and client business leaders, to execute systems and initiatives. You will draft basic training content, review supporting materials, and participate in identifying diverse training methods such as e-learning, in-person sessions, and blended learning. A key part of your day includes gathering training needs through standard assessments, monitoring program effectiveness to foster continuous improvement, and assisting in the development of project plans that manage scope, schedules, and resources.

As a junior trainer, you will lead standard training routines—such as orientation and customer service modules—while being monitored by senior staff. You will also assist in selecting best practices for training modalities, analyzing results, and summarizing feedback to drive future program enhancements.
