Clinical Training Specialist (Remote-US)

About the Role

As a Training Specialist within our Clinical Services team, you will bridge the gap between clinical expertise and educational delivery. Your mission is to design and facilitate comprehensive training programs that empower our workforce with the skills needed to excel in complex healthcare environments. This role exists to ensure that every employee is equipped with up-to-date, evidence-based knowledge that directly impacts patient care and organizational quality standards.

In this position, you will work extensively with business partners and subject matter experts to conduct needs analyses and develop learning objectives. You will create immersive training scenarios and maintain a training environment that closely mirrors the production tools used daily by our staff. Your day-to-day involves crafting curriculum based on proven adult learning techniques, developing assessment tools to measure learner competency, and teaching instructional programs that drive operational excellence.

You will also play a key role in continuous improvement by evaluating the effectiveness of existing curricula and recommending policy changes. This role requires navigating moderate to complex problems, contributing to organizational goals, and communicating effectively on sensitive issues. Whether facilitating sessions in a classroom, virtual setting, or on-the-job, you will be the catalyst for professional growth within the team.

Work Environment

This is a remote position designed for a dedicated home office. Maximus provides company-issued computer equipment to ensure you have the necessary tools to succeed. To maintain a secure and productive workflow, you must have a private workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).

Hiring Process
