About the Role
We are looking for a Deputy General Counsel focused on merger and acquisition activities and third-party procurement contracts to directly support Core Specialty's businesses. This role ensures the continued success of the organization and builds for the growth expected in the future.
This is an exciting opportunity for a high performer with advanced, sophisticated skills and an entrepreneurial spirit to make meaningful, high-visibility impacts across the organization. An attorney who appreciates and prefers a collaborative, teamwork-oriented approach to the practice of law will be the ideal candidate for this position, which reports to the General Counsel of Core Specialty.
