About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Counsel to support our legal team in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment. This role is designed for a professional who thrives on complex challenges and enjoys working at the intersection of corporate governance, securities compliance, and strategic business initiatives. You will partner with the Board of Directors, board committees, and senior management to navigate critical legal matters, ensuring the company maintains the highest standards of governance and compliance.

Requirements
