About the Role
The Deployment Manager serves as a critical partner to key customers and Corporate Account Managers, guiding the pilot, launch, and adoption of our digital capabilities. This role is designed for those who excel at translating customer needs into actionable solution features. You will be the face of our digital transformation during the critical setup and launch phases, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to daily utilization.
In this position, you will work closely with customers to define initial configurations, align solution benefits with business goals, and manage the logistics of data integration and user training. Your success is measured by the successful adoption of our tools and the continuous improvement of utilization metrics through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePartner with customers to define initial configuration of digital tools
- check_circleObtain initial user and hierarchy data sets ensuring data is complete and accurate
- check_circleWork with customer IT contacts to initiate data feeds and integrations
- check_circleManage all pilot launches to ensure success and customer adoption
- check_circleManage launch communications and timelines in coordination with the customer
- check_circleProvide training to corporate users as needed
- check_circleMonitor adoption metrics and partner with customer to improve utilization
- check_circlePresent solution features and benefits aligned to customer business needs
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in business, communications, IT or similar
- verified2 years' experience working in customer data hierarchies
- verified25% national travel required

Nice to Have
