In this position, you will present treatment plans clearly and confidently, discuss financial options, and coordinate patient care from diagnosis to completion. Your day will involve answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance benefits while delivering an outstanding, compassionate patient experience. You will work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless communication, ensuring that every patient feels heard and supported.
