About the Role

We are growing and looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated team member to join us at the front desk. This is a flexible role tailored to your strengths and experience, encompassing front desk responsibilities, insurance coordination, and/or treatment coordination. You will partner with an existing team member, splitting responsibilities based on your unique skills and preferences.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, greeting them with a warm attitude and ensuring a smooth day-to-day office flow. Whether you are scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, presenting treatment plans, or managing accounts receivable, your work directly contributes to our supportive environment where patients feel valued.
