We are a 100% fee-for-service practice, meaning we offer concierge-level service with no balance billing, co-pays, or Explanation of Benefits (EOBs). We are looking for a talented Patient Coordinator to join our highly motivated team. This is not just a static role; it is a position designed for growth, offering increasing levels of responsibility and leadership as you contribute to the practice's success.
The core mission of the Patient Coordinator is to drive practice growth by transforming prospective patients into active ones and reactivating those who haven't been seen in over six months. You will be the bridge between clinical care and patient experience, handling everything from initial phone screenings and scheduling to presenting treatment plans and financing options.
In this role, you will manage the full patient journey: collecting payments, submitting insurance claims and appeals, and ensuring patients receive their payments as quickly as possible. You will also take ownership of our digital reputation by soliciting and managing Google and Yelp reviews, as well as driving patient referrals. Success is measured by tangible growth in active patients, new patient acquisition, practice collections, production, and online reviews.
