Role Mission
The Access Strategy & Experience Liaison serves as the primary architect of the patient's journey and the pulse of the practice's productivity. This role is dedicated to creating a "zero-friction" environment where patients feel exceptionally cared for from their very first point of contact. Simultaneously, you will optimize the clinical schedule to drive peak efficiency and sustainable treatment growth.
About the Role
In this position, you will act as the bridge between patients, clinical staff, and management, ensuring every interaction is handled with a premium, welcoming tone. Your day involves managing all pre-appointment logistics, from personalized welcome calls to ensuring digital paperwork is completed prior to arrival. You will strategically engineer the daily calendar to eliminate wait times while maximizing provider productivity, monitoring the office "pulse" in real-time to keep the practice on schedule.
Beyond logistics, you will engage in meaningful follow-up conversations to help patients navigate treatment plans and overcome barriers to care. By analyzing patient experience data and collaborating with doctors, you will implement strategies that increase patient loyalty, referrals, and overall treatment acceptance rates.
