At Aspen Dental, we put You 1st with world-class development and industry-leading pay. The Aspen Group (TAG) is a family of brands including Aspen Dental, ClearChoice, WellNow, Lovet, and Chapter. Our mission is to help improve the lives of our patients by making dental care accessible to all while providing exceptional service.
We are more than just a dental support organization; we are committed to giving back to the community. We have donated over $26 million in free dental care to US veterans, underserved communities, and overseas populations. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists, receiving non-clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will join a team that offers the security and stability of a world-class organization while centering everything on you and your patients. This role is designed for those who value a fun, supportive culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
You will serve as a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, utilizing American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines. Your day will involve traveling to nearby offices to support practice operations, managing your schedule to ensure comprehensive patient care and education, and working collaboratively with the dental team. You will have access to state-of-the-art technology, including the Trios® 3D intra-oral scanner and our Digital Dental Assistant for voice-activated perio charting.
To support your growth, we provide a dedicated hygiene support team for coaching and mentorship, along with ongoing in-person and virtual trainings through TAG U online. You will also enjoy free continuing education (CE) and opportunities for career growth both chair-side and beyond.
We welcome everyone to apply. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, or protected veteran status.
Note: As this position requires daily travel to assigned offices, you must maintain a valid non-restricted driver's license and appropriate insurance, or the ability to be insured under the employer's fleet insurance program.
