At Aspen Dental, we put You 1st with world-class development and industry-leading pay. The Aspen Group (TAG) is a family of brands including Aspen Dental, ClearChoice, WellNow, Lovet, and Chapter. Our mission is to help improve the lives of our patients by making dental care accessible to all while providing exceptional service.
We are more than just a dental support organization; we are committed to giving back to the community. We have donated over $26 million in free dental care to US veterans, underserved communities, and overseas populations. While Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists, they receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., ensuring job stability and security within a world-class framework.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will join a team that centers all we do on YOU and your patients. This role is designed for those seeking a fun, supportive culture that encourages collaboration and innovation. You will travel to nearby offices to support practice operations, serving as a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor using American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines.

You will have access to state-of-the-art technology, including the Trios® 3D intra-oral scanner and our Digital Dental Assistant for voice-activated perio charting. To support your growth, we offer a dedicated hygiene support team for coaching and mentorship, along with ongoing in-person and virtual trainings through TAG U online covering clinical, operations, management, and leadership topics. Continuing education is provided free of charge.
