About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our family. In this role, you will work in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change partnerships to provide the highest standard of dental care.

Unlike traditional settings where schedules are driven by volume, we schedule based on our patients' needs. Hygiene appointments are typically one hour, with an option for 90-minute appointments as needed. Our unique Medical Dental Integration program allows you to step away from chairside hygiene treatment to perform preventive dental services in a medical setting for up to half of your day, helping to save your wrists, back, and neck.

This role offers the opportunity to love working with children by providing oral assessments and preventive care in local schools that need our help the most. You will have access to state-of-the-art technology, including digital X-rays, diode lasers, Cavitrons, intra-oral scanners, CBCT machines, integrated electronic medical dental records, and voice-activated perio charting.
