Dental Hygienist (RDH)

About the Role

At Aspen Dental, dental hygienists are empowered clinicians and trusted oral health providers. You will serve as a valued clinical partner to the doctor, enjoying the autonomy to assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients without the pressure of being rushed.

Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced hygienist, you will work in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology, structured onboarding, and hands-on training. What to Expect

We offer full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities designed to fit your life. You can expect manageable schedules, typically seeing 5–7 patients per day, which allows ample time for thorough assessments, patient education, and meaningful care. To ensure a confident transition into patient care, we provide a structured two-week onboarding and training program.

You will utilize digital tools and workflows that streamline charting and support clinical decision-making, including hands-on experience with advanced technology like voice-activated perio charting, TRIOS® 3D scanning, and Videa AI. Additionally, you will have a partnership with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and clinical support, alongside ongoing learning and career growth opportunities through TAG University's in-person and virtual continuing education programs.
