About the Role
As a Dental Front Desk, you will play a vital role in ensuring that administrative operations run smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for managing patient interactions and handling front desk duties to ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires a friendly, outgoing individual committed to creating a fantastic dental environment.
You will thrive in our all-digital environment, utilizing digital charting and forms to deliver exceptional service. Success in this position means being a great fit with our core values, prioritizing tasks effectively, and maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
Work Environment
We pride ourselves on offering the best work environment in dentistry. Our culture is built on collaboration and support, providing a space where team members can grow professionally and personally. We offer a full-time schedule (Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, with every other Friday from 8:00am - 1:00pm) designed to balance productivity with team well-being.
