About the Role
As a Dental Assistant at Jordan Valley Health, you will serve as a vital partner to our dental providers, ensuring the highest quality of patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role is designed for someone who thrives on routine changes and is passionate about facilitating the clinic's ability to meet its goals. You will be more than just a clinical support staff member; you will act as a continuity figure for our patients, helping them navigate barriers to care, complete necessary paperwork, and connect with essential resources like Medicaid applications.
Your day will involve a blend of clinical precision and compassionate patient interaction. From preparing operatory rooms and managing sterilization protocols to documenting treatments and assisting with patient education, you will be the bridge between the provider and the patient. You will work closely with the team to maintain scheduling protocols while displaying sensitivity to the unique needs of our community members.
