About the Role

As an Orthodontist, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to children, adolescents, and adults, helping them achieve healthy, functional, and confident smiles. This position is designed for a clinician who values a collaborative, growth-oriented culture and wishes to focus primarily on direct patient care rather than administrative burdens.

You will work chairside with an experienced clinical team, providing mentorship to assistants and support staff to ensure efficient, safe, and comfortable care. Collaboration is central to this role; you will partner closely with general dentists and other specialists to coordinate interdisciplinary treatment and deliver seamless care. Your day-to-day involves communicating clearly and compassionately with patients and families, explaining diagnoses and treatment options to support informed decision-making and long-term satisfaction.
