Dental Assistants are vital members of the dental care team, working to increase the efficiency of dentists in delivering high-quality oral health care. In this role, you will provide direct patient care across all dental specialties, including orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, periodontics, and oral surgery. Your day-to-day involves supporting the dentist from the beginning to the end of every patient appointment, ensuring a seamless experience for both the provider and the patient.
You will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, managing patient flow, and assisting during treatments. Beyond clinical duties, you may take on specialized responsibilities such as serving as the Clinical Inventory Administrator to manage supply budgets or acting as the Compliance and Safety Officer to oversee sterilization protocols, safety inspections, and team training.
