As a Dental Assistant at Kaiser Permanente in Keizer, Oregon, you will be an integral part of our dental team, providing direct support to dentists, hygienists, and denturists. Your primary mission is to ensure the delivery of high-quality dental care and service within our office, helping to maintain the health and well-being of our members.
In this role, you will work under the observation of a licensed provider to perform a wide range of clinical duties. From applying topical anesthetics and taking dental radiographs to assisting with orthodontic procedures and fabricating temporary crowns, you will be essential to the daily flow of patient care. You will also play a key role in patient education, guiding individuals on oral hygiene techniques and prevention of oral disease.
Beyond clinical tasks, you will be the face of the practice for many patients. You will greet patients, review health questionnaires, and promote emotional comfort by building rapport and instilling confidence. Your ability to anticipate the needs of the provider, manage the operating field, and maintain accurate patient records will ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone involved.

This position is based at the Skyline, North Lancaster dental office in Keizer, Oregon. The role is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a schedule that includes Monday through Friday and variable Saturday shifts.
