About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Coordinator/Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our busy dental office. This role is vital to ensuring a seamless patient experience, serving as the first point of contact and the hub for administrative operations.
In this position, you will greet patients warmly, manage phone inquiries, and coordinate daily schedules. A significant portion of your day will involve handling insurance matters, including PPO and HMO verification, pre-estimates, and processing payments. You will also be responsible for adjusting accounts and discussing treatment plans with patients, requiring a blend of strong customer service skills and technical knowledge.
