About the Role
The Delivery Specialist is the vital link between our store and our professional customers, responsible for maintaining and operating store vehicles to deliver parts and products in a safe and efficient manner. Beyond transportation, this role ensures the integrity of the delivery process by collecting money on C.O.D. deliveries and managing customer returns, including new parts, warranties, and cores.
While the primary focus is on logistics and vehicle operations, the role is dynamic. Depending on business needs, you may occasionally assist customers directly, serve as a cashier, or support merchandising tasks. This position requires adaptability to changing delivery situations and strong interpersonal communication to effectively convey customer needs to store management.
