About the Role
The Delivery Specialist is the vital link between our store and our professional customers, responsible for maintaining and operating store vehicles to deliver parts and products in a safe and efficient manner. Beyond transportation, this role ensures the integrity of the delivery process by collecting money on C.O.D. deliveries and managing customer returns, including new, warranty, and core items.
You will be the face of our service on the road, communicating any special customer needs directly to store management. While the primary focus is on delivery operations, the role is dynamic; you may occasionally assist customers, serve as a cashier, or help with merchandising tasks when business demands it. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn the automotive parts industry.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Familiarity with automotive parts. Ability to operate other light store equipment. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
