About the Role

This role is integral to our operations, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products within our establishments. You will be the backbone of our logistics network, performing essential duties that keep our supply chain moving efficiently. From reading production schedules and customer orders to determining items to be moved, gathered, or distributed, your work directly impacts our ability to serve our clients.

Your day will involve conveying materials from receiving or production areas to storage or designated zones, sorting items according to specific sequences like size, type, or product code, and assembling customer orders for packing or shipping. You will also be responsible for marking materials with identifying information, opening containers, recording amounts of materials received or distributed, and weighing or counting items to ensure conformance to company standards. Additionally, you may arrange stock parts for assembly by other workers and compile worksheets from customer specifications.
