About the Role

The Delivery Specialist is the face of our service on the road, maintaining and operating store vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner. Beyond transportation, this role is vital to our customer experience, handling cash-on-delivery transactions and managing the return of customer cores and warranty items. You will serve as a mobile extension of the store, ensuring vehicles are clean, secure, and ready for every shift while communicating any special customer needs directly to store management.

This position offers a dynamic day-to-day rhythm. You will navigate delivery routes using fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries and capture signatures, all while adhering to strict safety and inspection protocols. When business dictates, you may step back into the store to assist customers, serve as a cashier, or help with merchandising and stocking tasks. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse customer base.

Hiring Process

Qualified candidates with a valid state driver's license and a driving record meeting the company's 14/18-point system standards are invited to apply. Please note that the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location, with potential for additional performance premiums based on schedule, facility, or specific work performed.
