About the Role
As a Delivery Merchandiser, you will work independently within our Distribution Department as part of a supportive team. Following hands-on, in-truck training, you will be assigned your own delivery route. Your day will involve safely delivering and selling our delicious ice cream to a reliable group of customers while promoting our brand and building connections within your local community.
In this role, you will develop orders based on customer preferences, market new products during deliveries, and maintain positive relationships with store personnel. You will also be responsible for merchandising our products according to company standards, which includes rotating stock to minimize expiration, removing damaged goods, and cleaning assigned freezer spaces. You will earn a guaranteed daily-based pay with the added bonus of commission.
