The Role

We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer fleet. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive new tractors and trailers while enjoying flexible home time. Our drivers appreciate the pet and passenger-friendly environment, allowing you to bring your family along on the road. Compensation and Perks

Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, features a starting rate of 65 cents per mile with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match. Orientation is fully paid to ensure a smooth start.
